Ingredients :
1) Ragi flour
2) rice flour
3) Onions - 2
4) green chillies - 2
5) Red chillies - 2
6) coriander leaves
7) Ginger, garlic paste - 2 tsp
8) salt to taste
To make the rotis
Take the ragi flour, rice flour, the ginger & garlic paste and the red chilli and green chilli paste
Add the coriander leaves
Add the salt to taste.
Add a little water and mix them well with your hands. Add just enough water to make the consistency like chapathi dough (or a bread dough)
Take the flour and flatten them well to make them nice small rotis. Heat the pan and put the rotis on the stove.
Tip :
Its better to flatten the rotis on the cooking pan directly, as it may get stuck to the surface you place it temporarily while doing the rotis.
