Ingredients
For the rolls
cornflour or all purpose flour - 200 gms
egg - 2
baking soda powder - 1 pinch
salt - to taste
add the above in a bowl and mix it together to form a
smooth paste not too thick
heat a pan and pour a thin layer on the heated pan and
keep the layer aside after it is cooked
on both the sides oil can be added to the layer of
laid flours when cooked
for the stuffing
onions - 1
capsicum -1
cabbage - 100gms
carrot - 1
all vegetables cut lenghtwise
soy sauce - 10 tsp
ginger& garlic paste if needed
chinese salt - a pinch( can find it in all chinese stores)
Method
Heat some oil in a pan and then add the cut vegetables fry them little then add the soy sauce chinese salt keep them aside.
Then take three layers of the cooked flour and keep them together add the stuffing in the middle roll them together, then add some oil on the top in a heated pan to make the roll little brown on both the sides.
