Is the rat race proving too much for you? Pay attention to a few details of your lifestyle and see how it helps to improve health and performance levels:

Plan your day. Set aside some time for daily exercise and relaxation. Both are necessary.

Avoid skipping breakfast. Have cereal or toast, fruits, a glass of skimmed milk or lassi. If you can have a bowl of sprouts, there is nothing like it.

Whenever you have your meals, sit down and eat in a relaxed manner, either alone or with people you enjoy being with. Don’t "grab a bite".
