Plan your day. Set aside some time for daily exercise and relaxation. Both are necessary.
Avoid skipping breakfast. Have cereal or toast, fruits, a glass of skimmed milk or lassi. If you can have a bowl of sprouts, there is nothing like it.
Whenever you have your meals, sit down and eat in a relaxed manner, either alone or with people you enjoy being with. Don’t "grab a bite".
When you feel tired, have a glass of "nimbu paani", adding one-teaspoon honey. This provides instant energy. You can even carry a flask of this to work.
